YMCA Personal Training

The YMCA Personal Training Staff is ready to help you start an exercise program, design a workout plan or reenergize your existing workout. Contact the YMCA Welcome Center Staff to help connect you with the personal trainers.

Try the "Y" Day & Open House

This event is Free to ALL residents of Fayette County .

Try the “Y” for the Community:

  • Get a tour of the YMCA, face painting and temporary tattoos!

  • Talk to local Children and family service organizations such as the Hope Network, Boy Scouts, Child evangelism fellowship, and the Fayette County Blind Association (preschool vision screenings)

  • Come do a football obstacle course with members of the Pittsburgh Passion Football team

  • Learn more about what the Y does in your community

  • Talk to our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers

  • Learn more about our Summer Camp program

  • Learn more about our Daycare program

  • Chair Massages by Meg Elliot, certified massage therapist 9-10:30 a.m.

  • Enjoy sample Group Exercise classes such as Zumba, Yoga, Step, and Spin.

  • Enjoy the Swimming Pool / water games and relays starting at 11 a.m.

  • Individuals 18 and older can work out in our exercise area (waiver must be signed photo ID required)

Registration (you must pre-register for the FUN RUN!) registration closes May 1, 2013

Parents must stay on site and within arm’s reach of children under the age of 18 years during this event.
