Members can get a cycle reservation number at the Welcome Center 15 minutes prior to class start time (17 bikes now available).

Members have priority when class is full.

Mon and Wed 6:45 AM class is now cycle and Sculpt 30 to 40 minutes of cycling and 20 minutes of abdominals, legs, arms, core and more.

Anyone with the following condition MUST get written clearance form their physician BEFORE enrolling in this program: Past heart attack - stroke - heart disease - diabetes - pregnancy - major surgery.
