February 1-29, 2012 Land Group Exercise Schedule

The Uniontown Area YMCA offers a variety of Group Exercise classes for all levels and Group Exercise classes as part of your membership!

Non-members can purchase a punch card for $70 for 15 classes (each card has a two month expiration), please note that members will have priority placement for classes that become limited in space. Due to class participation, our Group Exercise schedule is subject to change without notice. Please NOTE: CLASSES are limited to 45 participants. Those with physical issues should speak with their physician and class instructor prior to participating, please remember you can go at your pace when starting an exercise program.

8:45 AM Cardio Craze '& The body shop Pam 9AM               Zumba Just Weights: Heavy weight total body weight lifting class. Cardio Craze: This is anything goes form aerobic, step circuit, to inteval, etc. you are in for variety at its best. The Body Shop a blend of yoga/pilates and bodyworks.

All participants should consult their physician BEFORE BEGINNING an exercise program. Anyone with the following condition MUST get written clearance from their physician BEFORE enrolling in this program: Past heart attack - stroke - heart disease - diabetes - pregnancy - major surgery.
