The Uniontown Area YMCA offers a variety of Water Group Exercise classes for all levels. We now have a membership rate that includes our group exercise classes in your membership! Non-members can purchase a punch card for $70 for 15 classes.

Schedule is subject to change without notice. Participants, please remember that all classes can be modified to accommodate your fitness levels, please talk with the instructor for help. Those with physical issues should speak with the class instructor prior to participating.

Lifeguards are on duty. Lap swimming is still available during our classes. Class limits do apply, members have prioritiy when class is full.

Once submerged in waist deep water you lose 90% of your body weight allowing you to do things otherwise impossible on land. Jumping is now doable and fun.

  11:30 AM         to 12:30 PM      Silversplash          SilverSplash® Activate your aqua urge for variety! Silversplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Group Cycling - A Cardiovascular training activity that is preformed indoors on a stationary bike. Aerobic and Anaerobic in nature depending on the class structure. Improves Cardio Fitness, core strength, upper and lower body muscular endurance, speed and power
            Mon and Wed 6:45 AM class is now cycle and Sculpt 30 to 40 minutes of cycling and 20 minutes of abdominals, legs, arms, core and more.
