Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast our well trained and highly knowledgeable, certified, personal trainers can help you get to the next level. All YMCA personal training program participants will be assessed based on the American College of Sports Medicine’s Health-Related Physical Fitness Assessment Guidelines.

Kick Start Workout
This program is designed to jump start your path to wellness. It is a 12 week personal guidance program where you meet once per month for three months with a trainer.
Cost: $25
Small Group Personal Training
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm
Monday and Thursday 6:30pm
Areas of concentration include: Cardiovascular, endurance, strength, and flexibility training
