All YMCA personal training program participants will be assessed based on the American College of Sports Medicine’s Health-Related Physical Fitness Assessment Guidelines.

Kick Start Workout
This program is designed to jump start your path to wellness. It is a 12 week personal guidance program where you meet once per month for three months with a trainer.
