Shape up program
Shape Up is a small group training program that takes place three times per year at the YMCA. The programs are: Shape up for the Holidays which takes place in November, Shape up for the New Year which takes place in January, and Shape up for Summer which takes place in May.
We also offer small group training monthly during the other months for those who want the extra motivation and accountability of attending programming with others to help them stay on the path to wellness. Let us support your wellness journey with small group training.
In both of these small group training programs, you are able to workout with a trainer in an uncrowded setting and let the power of the group help you stay motivated. Our Shape Up programs add nutritional education and behavioral change information to the traditional small group training to give your weight loss an extra boost and to help you reclaim health faster at critical times of the year.
